We've been around since Dubai was just a desert and popping out to your "local" shop might have meant a thirty‑minute trek across the desert in your off‑roader. Yep, since then. Now being old isn't in itself a good or bad thing, as you know, but in our case it means experience. It means we know. It means we know the obvious and the not‑so‑obvious things about taking care of your pet. It means we've grown to become a locally and internationally respected animal care organisation, as well as the official animal handlers for Emirates Airline and Dnata. It doesn't mean we're perfect... but we do know some stuff.

We are an organisation of serious, committed people with a vocation, many of whom, from the owner through to the cleaners, have been working with DKC for more years than most of our competitors have existed. And our boarding and relocations people work as a unified animal care group, through and through... carefully, meticulously, studiously, and absolutely with a cuddle or three.
