Our Admission Forms and Terms & Conditions are very important forms/documents that you will need to complete when we take your pets into our care. You can do this when you arrive at our premises, or if you would prefer, download them now, take your time with them, complete them electronically (if you have Adobe Acrobat installed) or by hand, and then send them in or bring them with you already complete on the day you bring your pet in. It's up to you.

For Boarding & Daycare and Global Relocations, we accept payment by cash or credit card. Regardless of the payment method you choose, we will always ask you to provide credit card details (please talk to us for information about this and read our Terms & Conditions).

For all Boarding & Daycare , we require payment on arrival. For Global Relocations, most services will require payment in advance.

For reservations which fall, either in part or in whole, within our summer and Christmas periods, we require a boarding deposit of AED 500 per enclosure at the time you make the booking. We are VERY busy during these times, so please don't delay in asking us for details.

All our documents are created in Adobe Reader format, which makes it possible for us to guarantee the quality of the document you download, as well as very much decrease the download time. If you don't have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, just click the "Get Adobe Reader" icon below to download and install it now. It will only take a few minutes of your time. If you're not sure whether you have it or not, simply try opening one of our documents - if you get something useful, then there's nothing more for you to do.
