Relocating your pet either on your own (which you can do) or with the help of an agent is E‑E‑E‑E‑EXPENSIVE! And not only that, it's also rather complex.

That's the bad news. Is there good? Hmmm....

It's because relocations can be so complex that agents like us exist and why most people do ultimately ask for help. So if you can stand a price-related minor heart attack (no not that!), then a knowledgeable agent can eliminate uncertainty and almost all your effort, and most of your anxiety too (though never all the anxiety, right?).

Which bring us to... US! We have been providing Global Relocations & Transit Care services in the UAE for 20+ years... everything from the cutest, littlest pets to watch‑your‑fingers exotics. Door‑to‑door. End‑to‑end.

Now, there will always be some work for you to do in the process, but we'll guide you through those bits and take care of everything else on your behalf. And in most cases we can to some extent bring the cost down by sharing the workload with you. Want nothing more than a single import permit for 1 pet? Need us to orchestrate the whole shebang of an export relocation to some very distant place for all 243 of your pets (you have that many pets?!)? Then let's talk.

Or better yet, come meet us (appointments please! <wink>). Our relocations office is smack in the middle of our beautiful facility, alongside our kennels and catteries, and so is integrally a part of what we do ~ the care of your pets, whatever the kind.

We are a member of both IPATA and AATA (ipata.com / aata‑animaltransport.org), and so very well connected to other high-quality member agents in these global networks. We are also the official animal handlers for Emirates Airline and Dnata, and are unique in receiving a 10% discount on the volume weight of air waybills with Emirates Airline, British Airways, KLM and Swiss ~ discounts we pass on to you.

Import requirements

To bring a pet into the United Arab Emirates there is basically only one requirement ~ an Import Permit. This said, acquiring this import permit has a number of its own requirements (doesn't everything!!). So, for a detailed explanation of all that you could possibly want to know about importing pets and other animals into the UAE (such as banned breed lists and country restrictions), get in touch with us and we'll send you a comprehensive document which will no doubt inform you and bore you to death !

Export requirements

We can offer a door-to-door service to most locations worldwide. Your first concern when relocating pets to another country is:

What are the regulations for that particular country?
Does this country have quarantine, and if so, for how long?
Do you need an Import Permit?

What sort of Health Certificate do you need?
What vaccinations are needed?

Requirements:
Valid Vaccination Card	All vaccinations, especially for Rabies, must be at least 30 days old and must not be older than 12 months.
Health Certificate	Obtainable from the Municipality or Ministry of Environment & Water (MEW). Usually issued 7 days before departure.
Travel Box	A travel box must meet IATA standards (airline regulation). Any other travel box will be refused by the airline. We can supply you with wooden or fibreglass travel boxes.
