Bird Diets

We see many bird species and we show you, and talk about, a Galah Cockatoo in this video. A frequent issue seen with birds is deficiencies in diet. One in particular is vitamin A deficiency because a lot of birds are on a mainly sunflower seed diet and these seeds are deficient in vitamin A. Vitamin A deficiency can result in poor beak and feather condition, sinus issues and ultimately more major concerns if left as is, so the correct diet is very important from a young age.
