This is a slightly (only slightly) gruesome clip of a section of small intestine that was removed from a dog. There is a cricket-ball sized growth coming out the wall of the intestine and the histopathologist will confirm the nature of the tissue and type of tumour that it may be. This will determine the prognosis and the next steps for treatment for this dog. We are keeping our fingers crossed that the news will be good!
