A surgeon needs to go through a careful procedure of scrubbing his/her hands, wrists and fingers with a surgical disinfectant solution in a methodical way in order to make sure that their skin is squeaky clean. Their hands are then dried with a sterilised towel before surgical gloves are put on in order to make their hands sterile for the operation they are about to carry out.

Are you doing this at home before dinner?
