Treasure hunt anyone?

This dog presented one day with a large swelling around the area of his testicles - it had never been there before and we were not sure what had happened or what had caused it. Did he suffer testicular trauma? Was there an infection, hernia, torsion (ouch!) or even neoplasia?  In this case we decided to go and " have a look-see" and find out what had happened. Don't worry - it has a happy ending
